Refund policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.

The items returned must be in their original condition and with original packaging/ tags. 
Please note personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged AND earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Please allow up to 14 days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed. You will be notified as soon as we have received and processed your refund. Please note refunds exclude shipping fees. The refund will be issued via the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider the credit can take between 3-5 working days to show in your account. If you haven’t received a refund 10 days from your confirmation email please contact us. 

Please note we currently do not offer free returns and you must arrange your own return shipping. Postage cost incurred by the return is not eligible for reimbursement. 

For parcels outside of the EU - If your parcel is returned to us because customs fees, duties or tariffs were not paid on time, the refund will not include the shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order before dispatch. Simply drop us a message at hello@somasstudio.com If your order has been already dispatched please refer to the returns policy. 

DAMAGED

Please carefully inspect your order on arrival. If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately at hello@somasstudio.com to arrange refund or replacement. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
