Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.

To return your order please fill out the form here and select items you would like to return. 

Then ship your return parcel to the following address:  Sómas - Unit 8 Southlink Business Park, Ballycurreen, Cork T12 D899

The items returned must be in their original condition and with original packaging/ tags. 
Please note personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged AND earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. 

Please allow up to 14 days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed. You will be notified as soon as we have received and processed your refund. Please note refunds exclude shipping fees. The refund will be issued via the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider the credit can take between 3-5 working days to show in your account. If you haven’t received a refund 10 days from your confirmation email please contact us. 

Please note we currently do not offer free returns and you must arrange your own return shipping. Postage cost incurred by the return is not eligible for reimbursement. 

CANCELLATIONS and EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

You can cancel your order before dispatch  or

exercise your right of withdraw from your online purchase (within 14 days of receiving your order)

by filling out the form here.

 If your order has been already dispatched please refer to the returns policy. 

DAMAGED

Please carefully inspect your order on arrival. If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately at hello@somasstudio.com to arrange refund or replacement. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
