Order Delivery Delay Due to Fastway Closure

For all new orders please allow for up to 2 working days for your order to dispatch due to the delays.  Orders placed on or after 28th October are not affected by this. 

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your recent order with Sómas.

We regret to inform you that our delivery partner, Fastway, entered receivership on the 28th of October. As a result, all parcels currently in their network are temporarily on hold.

Please rest assured that we are actively working to locate and redirect all affected parcels to an alternative courier to ensure delivery as soon as possible. However, due to these unforeseen circumstances, we anticipate a delay of approximately 2–3 days.

You will receive an updated tracking link as soon as the parcels are transferred to the new delivery partner. We will keep you informed every step of the way! 

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your order remains our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to ensure it reaches you promptly.
