Refund policy

Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt.

The items returned must be in their original condition and with original packaging. We, unfortunately, cannot accept refunds of products that have been used or damaged.

We currently do not offer a free returns policy so please advise with your local depot for shipping costs.

Please allow for 14 days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued via the original method of payment.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order before dispatch. Simply drop us a message at hello@somasstudio.com

DAMAGED

If your order has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately at hello@somasstudio.com to arrange refund or replacement.
